About Vasilisa
My journey with yoga began about eight years ago, when I first turned to it for my own grounding, healing, and connection. Over the years, my curiosity deepened. I’ve since completed a full year of formal yoga studies, learning the foundations of asana, breathwork, meditation, and yoga philosophy. Currently, I’m completing a second year of advanced diploma studies, with a focus on therapeutic and holistic applications of yoga across different life stages, health conditions, energetic practices. This includes deep training in anatomy, subtle energy systems, breath-led practices, nervous system regulation, and how yoga can gently support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. My approach is informed by both study and experience—working with clients who are going through cancer treatment, aging with grace, feeling emotionally stuck, or simply longing to reconnect with themselves. Above all, I bring genuine empathy, presence, and care to every session. I believe meditation and breathwork are essential tools for a more peaceful, purposeful, and aligned life—and I’m here to guide you with integrity, warmth, and respect.

My approach to meditation and breathwork is deeply personalised, collaborative, and heart-led. We always begin with a free consultation, where I listen to you and learn about your current state, needs, and goals. Together, we co-create a sustainable 2–3 month practice strategy that we revisit and adjust as you evolve. Each session can run from 30 to 60 minutes depending on your goals and needs and include guided practices (breathwork and meditation and warm-up), observation, and reflection.
My goal is to help you build a practice that feels like yours — supportive, sustainable, and empowering. I want you to develop confidence and understanding so you can eventually practice independently, feel supported with your own knowledge, with me as a mentor when needed. I want you to feel comfortable to share with me you insights and your shifts.
Regular meditation and breathwork support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, restful sleep, clarity of mind, and deeper self-connection. They also assist in expanding lung capacity, improving blood circulation, and supporting overall healing—especially valuable if you’re facing health challenges or emotional overwhelm.
