About Pamela
I am an artist, that uses sound and movement as a portal to healing.
Creativity is what distinguishes us. Our unique vision. Our own voice. Movement. Pain. Joy. The source is the same but the stimulation in each case was different when we were growing up. The body keeps the universal secrets that make us one and unique at the same time. Functionality and productivity is taken away from our self consciousness and our inner connections with ourselves and the world. Joy, peace and balance are one step away from us. It is time to claim our right to own them.

The sessions are individual and personalized. Som therapy is conscious system to know our physical , emotional and mind limitations and expand our possibilities and increase our energy and inner connections. Every blockage in our bodies us a blockage generated by trauma. We can activate a healing program without the need to speak or build sentences that are shaped by our own cultural baggage, experiences and mind structure. We cannot trust in our narratives cause they are defined by a limited perception and perspective. Deconstructing preconceived harmful ideas generated by ourselves and what they told us, we can create a balance and compassionate way to approach to a living that is aligned with our own truth. The movement will be our loyal tool and our bodies, sacred and honest instruments.
