About Julianna
I am an independent yoga teacher from New York City. I have done my first yoga training in India for Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasaen and my second in a traditional yoga school in Thailand where I have done my 200 hour Yoga Teachers Training. I went on to teach yoga in Germany, Italy, and India in resorts, hotels and guest houses.

This lesson is available for beginners, intermediate, or advanced practitioners who want to clear out stale energies that hold them back in the form of negative, self-deprecating, emotions or crippling patterns of behavior. My technique combines my two realms of study in Tantric Hatha Yoga mixed with the energizing flow of Vinyasa to give and uplifting and invigorating experience.
