About Justine
I am a student athlete in college and am very dedicated to all of the things I do. I like to stay busy while remaining very diligent and detail-oriented, so I will be a great tutor with the ability to manage multiple things at once and problem solve with you. I am also very understanding, patient, and good at interpersonal communication, which will help me guide you to a better understanding of the subject at hand.
I am a NFHCA Academic Scholar and Scholar of Distinction, on the NCAA Honor Roll and have been on the merit list all semesters of college.
I am a peer tutor and volunteer at a local ER as well as with Special Olympics while at school.

Hello! I am a sophomore college student majoring in molecular biology and spanish on the pre-med track.
I am offering tutoring to elementary through high school aged students in a wide variety of subjects with the goal of helping to build students understanding and passion for school!
I am experienced in elementary to middle school math, as well as algebra and geometry, chemistry, natural sciences, and spanish.
My typical lesson will consist of reviewing material given to me by the student in which we go through challenging problems, and I introduce my methodology for reading, evaluating and solving the problem at hand in order to be able to face challenging problems in the future.
Once I identify the biggest challenges for the student, I will introduce new problems and work to solve them together, then observe as the student learns to solve on their own.
For natural sciences, the problems will be written and mathematical, implementing many diagrams and flow charts, Spanish will be both written and verbal, and math will be very problem based.
