I like to read everything and started my career as a library page when I was a teenager. I would love to help someone that is struggling learn to both pronounce the words they're reading properly, be able to understand their text, and fall in love with reading like I have. I prefer a sound it out methodology when teaching, and if my students are still struggling, we will break the words down into their parts so they can see how it is made and compare it's sounds to other words they may have already read on the page. Repetition is key.
