About Harry
Hello! My name is Harry, and this is a bit about me:
With a deep passion for problem solving, it was only natural I became quickly interested in mathematics and physics. I got more involved in communities who shared the same interests as me, so I began posting my worked solutions on TikTok to problems on exams such as Cambridge University’s entrance exam, and have amassed over 1,000 followers and over 250,000 views, showcasing my belief in community and collaboration. On the surface, highly academic subjects such as mathematics and physics seem to leave their students in solitude, but I believe this is a large misconception and think students should be encouraged to work together on problems, as that is where I begin to love maths and physics, and also tutoring others.

My approach to private tutoring follows a certain formula which will help you to become better at mathematics and physics which I like to call UEP, Understand, Exercise, Problems. Firstly, when faced with a new topic, your first goal should be to understand it. Secondly, once this understanding is built, have a good go at some textbook exercises to build this new knowledge into your long term memory. Lastly, in order to solidify your knowledge and gain a deeper understanding of the topic, you must try problems that challenge you to be sure you achieve your academic potential.
