About Ana
500 Yoga Teacher Training certified. I have been practicing Yoga for over eight years. Alongside offering massage therapy to clients for over eleven years, the power of self-healing and bodywork is a passion of mine. I am a full believer in movement is medicine. After breaking my ankle this year, working on my own rehabilitation, I was back to running long distance 12 weeks later. Was still practicing yoga daily, this helped with both my physical and mental health. I instruct Yoga at a gym here in Taupo, New Zealand and absolutely love helping people achieve their goals and create that mind, body, and soul connection.

Connect with the inner self and become totally aware of the true self. We always start with the mind, body and breath connection, followed by the power of movement.
