About Hansween
I am a Biomedical Science graduate and a postgraduate from Imperial College London, where I achieved a Distinction in MRes Cancer Technology. I have a strong academic background in the life sciences, including A-Level Biology and extensive undergraduate and postgraduate training in biological and biomedical sciences. Alongside my academic training, I have over 7 years of experience tutoring Maths and Science, supporting students across 11+, GCSE, and A-Level curricula. I have successfully taught students of varying abilities, helping them build confidence, improve exam technique, and achieve strong academic outcomes.
My subject expertise allows me to deliver clear, structured, and engaging lessons in: A-Level Biology GCSE Biology GCSE Chemistry GCSE Maths 11+ Maths and Science.

I offer tuition in A-Level Biology, GCSE Maths, Biology, and English, as well as 11+ and KS3 Maths and English. My lessons are delivered on a 1:1 basis and are carefully structured to combine interactive teaching methods with targeted exam-style practice, ensuring students develop both strong subject understanding and exam confidence.

Awesome tutor, great knowledge and excellent tutoring style.
Hansween is an amazing tutor, her remote lessons have helped understand Biology concepts really well. She also focuses mainly on exam questions which is super helpful as I struggle with that. I would recommend Hansween for Biology and Chemistry!
