About Naju
I am Naju Fathima, fresh MSc Chemistry graduate from India and have high passion in teaching and learning.
I want to teach because I’m driven by the 'lightbulb moment.' There’s nothing more rewarding than taking a concept a student finds intimidating and breaking it down until it becomes a tool they can use. I want to empower students to realize they are capable of mastering difficult subjects.
I see myself as a bridge between complex information and a student’s unique way of learning. I want to teach because I enjoy the challenge of adaptive communication—finding the specific analogy or method that makes sense to a student based on their individual interests. I want to teach because I believe academic confidence translates into life confidence. By teaching students how to solve problems and think critically, I’m helping them build a foundation for success that lasts long after they leave my classroom or session.
