About Viya
I am a passionate chemistry teacher with 8 years of experience guiding students at school and college levels. I hold a BSc in Medicinal Chemistry and enjoy making complex topics simple and interesting. My teaching focuses on clarity, patience, and strong conceptual understanding.
One of my key strengths is demystifying quantum chemistry for students. My teaching approach for Chemistry focuses on clear concepts and active visualization. I believe students learn best when they can see and understand how ideas connect. I start with atomic structure, explaining electrons, orbitals, and energy levels in a simple and visual way. This builds a strong base for understanding chemical bonding and interactions.
I then teach chemical bonding by breaking down ionic, covalent, and metallic bonds with diagrams and real examples. Molecular geometry is explained using shapes, models, and easy rules so students can quickly visualize structures. I also cover periodic table trends like atomic size, ionization energy, and electronegativity in a logical and connected manner.
My sessions are interactive and focused on conceptual understanding rather than memorization. I use visual tools, comparisons, and step by step explanations to make difficult topics easier. Short discussions and questions help students stay engaged and confident.
I provide dedicated support to students who aim to build strong fundamentals for advanced studies in science and healthcare fields. I guide them patiently and help them develop clarity in core principles. Regular practice, assignments, and feedback ensure steady improvement.
