About Giacomo

I'm from Italy and moved to Dublin to study for the MSc in Economics at Trinity College Dublin.

I work with regressions, Stata and R, and I'm currently developing my own research for the thesis, which keeps me close to the material students find hardest: statistics, econometrics and the parts of micro and macro where the math does the work.

I'm reliable about turning up, preparing, and telling you honestly when something isn't working!

About the lesson

I usually ask you to explain things back to me. If you can, you've got it! If you can't, we find the point where it stopped making sense and start there.

Lessons are normally an hour, though I'm flexible. I'll leave you a problem to try before the next one.

I teach Leaving Cert economics, first year micro and macro, and statistics and introductory econometrics.
