About Rishibh
My name is Rishibh and I am a Master's student in mathematics at the University of Toronto. I also completed my Bachelor's at the University of Toronto as a Math specialist and Computer Science major. I have lots of teaching experience through the university. I have been a teaching assistant in some capacity since my second year in summer of 2022. My students have frequently said they enjoy the clarity of my explanations and the enthusiasm I bring to class. In fact, I was even awarded the Delury Award for Teaching Assistants by the Department of Mathematics last year, where award recipients and nominations are determined by student vote.

Mathematics is frequently viewed as a confusing subject and it is my fervent belief that this simply a consequence of getting lost in the symbols and terminology. At its core, mathematics is a very grounded subject and every step being taken is a perfectly logical one. I like to emphasize this in my teaching and try to show students how they would've come up with the same ideas if they were building this theory.
Additionally, with my background in mathematics, I am able to highlight to students why the ideas being studied are important (through relevant, meaningful examples) and also highlight the topics/concepts that will be particularly relevant during one's undergraduate studies.

Rishibh is a remarkable instructor and has an excellent grasp on mathematical and scientific concepts. He has a lot of experience teaching a variety of age groups, in particular, he’s been an instructor for a university level course. I couldn’t recommend a better teacher than Rishibh.
