Currently I'm focused on finishing my undergraduate degree in engineering. I’ve achieved awards in maths such as the UKMT challenge finishing silver certification. I have previously tutored students in GCSEs and A Level maths while I was doing A Levels. A Levels I took were biology, maths, and psychology (A, A*, A)

For each student, I personalise tutoring sessions to target their weakness by identifying mistakes in their understanding and using practice questions to perfect exam technique which is similar to recent exams. I prefer starting with a conversation with the student to familiarise myself with their thought process and try to match it to maximise our understanding.

Ameera is a very understanding and calm tutor, she always knows the parts that I struggle with and will always prepare me for it! She also is a very engaging tutor and all her lessons have been interesting! She is more than happy to repeat if I do not understand something and answers all my questions in a way that I understand! I really recommend her as a tutor as my grades have drastically increased after she started tutoring me, as she knew my weak point from the get go, and she helped me improve on them.
Ameera is a friendly and excellent tutor who tailors her lessons specifically to my needs. She teaches clearly and thoroughly, ensuring I understand concepts effectively, and her lessons have boosted my grades significantly. Definitely would recommend!
Has tutored me in Maths before, and is patient when I make silly mistakes. Her method of working is methodical and easy to follow, which is ideal for me personally as I can apply methods learnt to similar questions.
