About Nikki
I am a trained teacher - with a ND in Music Technology, a first honours degree in Music and New Media / Broadcast techniques and a PGCE (Post Grad Cert in Education). My previous teaching experience is teaching music in prisons with young offenders (yes that was interesting!), in colleges, schools on University degree courses and before all that I was a youth worker, including Doing and music in our projects whenever I could.
I am an now experienced musician and business women having worked in the industry for over 10 years in the industry as an international DJ, producer, composer for sync, record label owner and recording studio owner, I still teach on the side because I love what I do.

Every learner is different, my classes and one to ones solely depend on the people or person I am working with, their goals and how they approach learning. First up I have some tasks to figure this out then I go from there!
I always make my sessions fun, engaging and relevant to the working industry - we want to know about how the place we want to work runs right?! I am sociable so like to build an easy going working environment - and I'll use my skills and experience to create tasks and activities that are enjoyable whilst teaching you what you need to know, and challenging you to learn more!
I have a fully equipped studio and portable gear so we'll be working on relevant equipment (either mine or yours!) and we can do them in your home or here at the studio, wherever your more comfortable.

Details
Rates - rates may vary dependant on the requirements of learner and facilities - this will be discussed and agreed with the client before any money is exchanged.
Travel - the cost of travel should be covered for anywhere outside of a 15 minute walking distance from studio location.
Cancellation - all cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before the proposed date by phone or text, a deposit for 1 hours work will be kept on cancellation.
