About João
I started teaching percussion classes for roughly 10 years. With jazz specialization, I spent exercising drum teacher functions also by some music schools connected to rock music, jazz, etc. The aim of my classes is that students gain skills and knowledge to be able to play the instrument, also depending on the objectives of each student.

My work as a teacher goes to work reading skills / music theory, ear development and development of Independence of members. Address various musical styles (jazz, rock, pop, Brazilian music, South American music), bounded by several levels of demand. My academic training has to study classical music in Orfeão Leiria, Hot Club and School of Music in Lisbon.
