My name is Abbigale Prosser- I usually go by Abbi. I am 22 years old. I went to the University of South Carolina for two years and finished the last two years at Charleston Southern University. My approach as a tutor would be to help the student understand it as a whole by using hands on work. What I learned through college was that you have to understand each component before you can focus on the subject as a whole. I personally like to do things to help memorize the crucial parts that don't change and them put them together like a puzzle in order to fully comprehend it as a whole. I would come up with a lesson plan that would help learn the components on a timely manner to succeed in the entirety of the subject/chapter. All of how I would help would depend on how that person learns, age of student, etc.
