I've been group excercize fitness instructor for several years, and began my teaching career as Zumba and Piloxing instructor. I started my Yoga journey many years ago being a client of many different yoga studios, and in 2023 i received my RYT 200 hours certification. Throughout the years, i have mastered correct postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation techniques. I have taken numerous continuing education workshops including Singing bowls, Sound healing, Mantra Chanting. I love teaching Hatha Yoga incorporated with Pranayama. At the same time, i have experience with other yoga styles such as Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.
