About Jasmin
My name is Jasmin and im 24 from Leeds.
I have always had a passion for biology and after many years of exams and stress, I think I have found great methods that work for studying.
I tutored my little brother for his GCSE biology, he struggles with dis calculus and was petrified of sitting is science and maths GCSE's. But with persistence, patience, constructive lessons and of course hard work from him, we got his grade to a double A (which is far higher than his predicted). Seeing this pay off makes me want to continue to do this for other students.

I would tailor each lesson to individual pupils. I would always work remote unless you live in Leeds however would always make it as interactive as possible using PowerPoints, past questions (which is key), videos and so on.
A big part of tutoring would be to firstly find out a pupils areas of strengths and weaknesses, what they enjoy what they dont and if they have any preferences on how the lessons will run.
A huge part of my academic success has come from spaced repetition and active recall and so I would always try to incorporate this into sessions.
I can tutor in GCSE and A-level biology as well as University level biology more particularly physiology. An ideal lesson time would be 50-60 minutes per week at least, with additional work between lessons.
