Hi, I’m Muhammad, a dedicated and results-driven SAT tutor with a strong background in academic coaching and test preparation. As a former business teacher at a private academy and a BPA Nationals competitor, I’ve developed a passion for helping students succeed under pressure. I also hold the Entrepreneurship and Small Business (ESB) certificate, which reflects my ability to teach with structure, discipline, and clarity. My approach is professional yet relatable—I know how overwhelming standardized testing can feel, and I work hard to break down complex concepts into clear, understandable steps. As a tutor, I believe that understanding why something works is just as important as knowing what the right answer is. My teaching method is based on breaking down SAT concepts into simple, manageable parts, and guiding students to build confidence through active problem-solving and consistent practice. I focus on strategy just as much as content—because mastering the SAT isn’t just about knowing math or grammar, but knowing how to approach the test effectively.
A typical lesson with me begins with a quick review of previously covered material to reinforce retention, followed by a focused session on a specific topic such as reading comprehension strategies, grammar rules, or problem-solving in math. I provide real SAT-style questions to apply what we’ve learned and finish with a short quiz or timed section to track progress. Students also get study plans tailored to their goals, strengths, and weaknesses.
