About Najmera
To describe myself I would say I am a fun outgoing person, who is very passionate about teaching different people. I love working with people especially children and getting to know them as an individual, I'm a creative thinker and I have an open mind about what will work best for my students. I am also efficient and highly organized.

I have many different styles and techniques of teaching, everyone is different when it comes to learning some maybe quicker then others, but my main focus is to interact with my students first to understand how he or she process information. I often use the TPR method which is an excellent way of breaking down words and sounding them out using physical movement. I also use visual technique, such as charts, pictures, videos, diagrams and drawings, it helps students understand information much better and they adapt a quicker learning process. Students will also be given activities such as reading articles and writing about a trip to the beach as an example to make them indulge in the lesson and be able to talk more during my lessons.
