About John
I’m a 2x national champion in hurdles with over 13 years in the sport. For the past three years, I’ve coached myself and others, learning and experimenting along the way. The results have been great—my 100m, 110mh, 60m, and 60mh times dropped significantly, and most importantly, I’ve stayed injury-free, something I rarely experienced with my past overtraining. I know what it takes to push limits, but I also know the struggles—balancing training, work, and the constant need for support. That’s why I also created my blog: to help others get faster, stay motivated, and be part of a real track and field community. Whether you’re here for training advice, building friendships, or just to feel like you belong, I am your guy!
