About Jenny
My name is Jenny, and I’m a recent high school graduate who was accepted into Cornell, Northwestern, WashU, and Vanderbilt (committed)!
I still remember how stressful it was to take the ACT and hope to help students who are struggling to raise their score. If you’re looking for someone who has taken the ACT in the past couple of years, look no further! I had to take the ACT five times for my desired score, so I’m familiar with teaching concepts from the ground up for deep understanding and penny-pinching every point.
I’ve been a tutor for Math, Chemistry, and English at my school, and I have experience creating and teaching lessons through my mentoring program.

I offer patient, personal, and curated lessons. These include test-taking strategies, tips and tricks for each section, content review, notes, study methods, timed practice problems, and test answer analysis. I'm flexible and the amount of time dedicated to each is dependent on what the student needs.
In a typical lesson, I will begin by reviewing content with accompanying practice problems. Then I will do a timed problem section to practice pacing and then go over questions they missed or were unsure of. Finally, I will end the session with helpful studying methods.
I make sure to create a comfortable environment dedicated to learning. Communication is a top priority and essential for curated lessons. Feel free to send over past practice tests so I can identify areas of improvement and create lessons. This is a great option for those who know their weaknesses and those who don’t.
