About Kenyetta
I am a Mathematician and a Computer Scientist. I left the IT field to become a math teacher, the only person that graduated from the University of South Carolina in my class, that I know of, to do so. I love teaching Math! I have helped students who were repeaters and students that were at the top of their class. I love helping others learn to enjoy learning math. Confidence is key, and I aim to help my students build their confidence in their abilities.

I am very non-traditional. I believe the key to helping someone grow is first building a relationship with that person to learn about who they are, what their goals are, and what they believe they need help with. It's important to me that I can help students identify exactly what they need to move to the next level. I teach, "how to ask the question", that the student has but can't put into words. I am not a very strict disciplinary, my voice is casually happy and uplifting, and I teach in an organic manner, where there is not a one size, one approach, to fit all!

She's excellent! Explains things in a way that you really understand
Mrs.Mitchell was the best math teacher I've ever had she took her time to teach the right way and never made me feel alone or stupid . Her teaching way we're always helpful for me to understand and if I didn't she knew how to explain till I did know
