About Theo
As a person I'm very relaxed and patient. My mother is a teacher and I've seen how I can teach effectively and fairly. I'm a person who is dedicated to professionalism inside and outside the classroom. This includes frequent and effective communication, flexible and dynamic scheduling, and above all a drive to see my students do well. I may be young, however I've been called a "30 year old man" for the last 5 years because of my appearance, and demeanor.

I have experience writing lengthy essays, giving speeches in front of hundreds and have worked with hundreds of students of various age and skill levels. My scripts and speaking skills are some of the best in the nation, coming in second at the Harvard Speech Invitational, National Individual Events Tournament of Champions Speech Tournament, Minnesota State Speech Tournament and placing 14th at the National Speech and Debate Grand National Tournament. Beyond that, I've received "A"s in my AP LIT class, and AP LANG class all while being voted "English Student of the Year" by both administrators and English teachers at my school for exemplifying what it means to be an outstanding English Student. In addition, I've also received an "A" from my teacher-ed class which gave me 40+ hours in experience working with kids in English and Communication.
