I am Jack REES, a 22 year old bilingual English / French student studying a Master's degree in Conference Interpreting in Brussels and I give conversation courses for students / adults wanting to practice or perfect their English or French. A B1 level is required in order to have a 10 minute discussion on a given theme. Conversation classes are organized in the following manner: the student thinks of six themes he likes and searches for the appropriate vocabulary in order to have a 10 minute discussion per theme, that is to say six themes per hour. Since a discussion is an exchange between two people, I am here to help the student if he/she is having some difficulties or if he/she wants to go a bit further and look at all the different aspects concerning the subject. The aim is to overcome the obstacles associated with the practice of languages, to restore confidence in the student, to teach him a terminology specific to the chosen themes and to give him learning techniques so that he can continue learning by him/herself in the right conditions.
