About My Lessons
I believe that language learning should be engaging, practical, and tailored to each student’s needs. My approach combines structured lessons with real-life applications to ensure students not only understand the language but also feel confident using it in everyday situations.
Teaching Methodology: I use a student-centered approach, adjusting my methods based on each learner’s individual goals, interests, and level. For beginners, I focus on building a strong foundation in pronunciation, basic vocabulary, and sentence structures through repetition and simple conversational practice. For intermediate learners, I work on improving reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills by incorporating authentic materials such as Chinese films, news, and songs. I believe in creating a relaxed and supportive environment where mistakes are welcomed as part of the learning process.
In addition to the traditional textbook approach, I integrate various learning tools, including visual aids, interactive exercises, and cultural discussions, to make learning more holistic and enjoyable. My lessons often involve role-playing, language games, and real-world scenarios to help students practice Chinese in practical contexts.
Lesson Structure: Each lesson typically lasts 1 to 1.5 hours, allowing enough time for explanation, practice, and student interaction.
