About Samantha
Hello!
Born and raised in the UK, I am a native speaking English tutor, passionate about supporting students of all ages and abilities to feel confident in speaking and/or writing in English.
I earned my TEFL certificate in Cambridge, England with UK TEFL in 2011 and have engaged in a language journey with students in South East Asia.
In addition to teaching Language, I have also developed and taught art and craft workshops in UK primary schools and coached young entrepreneurs, with ambition to create a positive change to their lives.
With 15 years experience in project management, I possess the knowledge and experience to assess goal feasibility, identifying obstacles and creating realistic plans to deliver success.

My teaching style is tailored to suit each student, whether the objective be to improve written or spoken language for academic purposes or to engage in conversational English for pleasure.
As a certified solution focused coach, I adopt a coaching approach to my teaching method, agreeing clear milestones with the student and working with the student to create an effective learning strategy which best suits the individual.
I offer my services as an online 1:1 tutor, providing the student with 100% of my attention during our lessons.
In this learning process, my ambition is for the student to look forward to their lessons and celebrate their progression with the English language, and so I very much encourage the student to inject their personality as well as their presence into our lessons.
