About Gera
My name is Gera Niondo from.the Democratic Republic of Congo, I study in DR Congo and graduated in Psychology and pedagogy.
I use to be a very calm person who loved playing football with friends on my free time when I was teenager. I also love listening to the music, reading books,romance is one of my favourite. I travelled a lot with my parent when I was a kids asylumfather was working for the ambassy as a diplomatic, so went to China,Vienna,Brussels, France.I came to stay in UK for some personal and political reasons.
I also has to mention that i am big fun of movies, mainly action films.

1. Communication: I will make sure to communicate clearly and effectively with my peers.Planning my lesson and having plan b will also be a priority.
2.A well preparation for my first lesson: I will .ake sure to understand the needs of my student,the interest and try to focus in teaching them what they prefer.
3.Being anthusiasm:always flexible and fun,to make sure to give the peers something a bit different than the internet.
4.planning is the key: building a lesson in organisation way,uses of bloom' taxonomy to get the better of student through proper questions.
5.Teach for love not for money:make the job my passion,I will how much I care for my peers.
I will also make sure to be organised, patient and I will stick on my rules when find one.
I will make sure to use different methodology that will suit my student day to day .I will be ready for new things,new concepts and ideas ,and always try to make my student happy.
