About Kat
I graduated high school in Germany (Abitur) 12 years ago. In my school years, I consistently received the highest grades in German and English.
After school, I successfully completed a traineeship in "Office Management with additional qualification as foreign language assistance" and later on entered the field of hospitality/customer service. While I don't have specific teaching or tutoring experience (yet), I have always enjoyed helping out my classmates in school and friends in life to improve their language skills. Furthermore, I have volunteered in two host families, helping the kids aged 6 - 12 with their German and English.

I think the most important part about learning a foreign language is practice - whether that's in writing, speaking or listening. You might be great in learning vocabulary but simply cannot figure out how to put the sentence together. Or you might struggle with understanding what is being said. Each lesson can look different, depending on your individual struggles. I will prepare exercises based on your needs.
