About Joséphine
I’m Joséphine, a German native who has always loved sharing my language and culture with others. Having experienced both the German, French and international education systems, I understand how rewarding but also challenging learning a new language can be. Teaching German allows me to help others discover not only the language itself but also the way of thinking, humour and culture behind it. I enjoy creating a warm and encouraging atmosphere where students feel comfortable making progress at their own pace. For me, tutoring is not just about grammar and vocabulary, it is about building confidence and curiosity.

As a native German speaker with previous tutoring experience at university level, I offer personalised lessons tailored to each student’s needs and goals. My classes usually last around one hour and combine conversation practice, grammar exercises, and cultural insights to make learning both effective and enjoyable. I mainly teach beginners to intermediate learners who want to strengthen their communication skills, improve pronunciation, or gain confidence for exams and daily conversations. As a Master’s student in London with a Bachelor's Degree from TUM in Munich, Germany, I bring both academic rigour and flexibility, adapting my methods to ensure steady progress and lasting motivation.
