About Sumika
I grown up in and lived in japan 25years. I also lived in shanghai for half year. I’ve been teaching math,Japanese,English and biology in japan for 10-18 years old kids. I enjoyed that job and I’d like to improve my teaching skill.

My method of teaching is focused on the student’s speed. I always try to communicate well. First,ask what/when student want to achieve goal and make a plan of study and when they don’t feel comfortable with that,fix it occasionally.
I’m always trying to be student side to encourage motivation.
