About NANA
Hello! I’m a native Japanese speaker, born and raised in Japan, now living in Sydney. I really enjoy teaching and always have a great time during lessons. As a mother of two adventurous boys, I enjoy spending time in nature through camping and bushwalking. I bring the same sense of curiosity and exploration to my Japanese lessons.
I offer lessons tailored to a variety of learners, especially beginners. Whether you're:

Each lesson is 1 hour long.I offer only online lesson . In the first lesson, we will discuss your goals and what you'd like to focus on, so I can create a personalized lesson plan just for you. My lessons are designed to be engaging and enjoyable, helping you learn Japanese in a fun and practical way.
Here is my availability.

Perfect! Nana is an EXCEPTIONAL teacher! Through her friendly and relaxed classes I have already learned so much and it has been learning Japanese such a joy. Nana is super prepared and has lots of learning materials to refer to during class and to study for homework and she is also very patient answering questions. I highly recommend her for some very informative and fun Japanese language classes!

Excellent! Well prepared for my free session with interesting activity sheets. I believe Nana has priced her lessons according to her experience and qualifications. For her pricing I don't expect a qualified Japanese teacher. Nana had an excellent level of English and was willing to incorporate my goals and provide constructive feedback about how my requirements could be married with her ideas of what I needed to grasp with the language first. Provided realistic examples and scenarios to consolidate concepts. I've bought first pack of lessons with Nara.

Perfect! Nana-san has been an excellent Japanese teacher. I am a beginner with no Japanese background and the purpose of me taking the classes is so that I can have more comprehensive travelling experience in Japan. Nana-san has helpfully tailored the classes for such purpose and my language level, so my learning has been very effective. Her amazing teaching and friendly approach have made the classes intriguing and enjoyable so far. I hope to continue my Japanese learning journey with her.
