About Vincent
I am a native Swahili speaker born and raised in Nanyuki, Kenya, where Swahili is part of our daily life. I am a friendly, patient, and enthusiastic person who loves languages, teaching, and meeting new people from different cultures. I have experience helping friends and foreigners learn Swahili in a simple and fun way. I enjoy reading, music, traveling around Lake Victoria, and sharing our rich Kenyan culture, food, and traditions. Teaching Swahili is my passion and I am excited to help you achieve your language goals with confidence and joy.

Jambo! I am Vincent mageria, native and passionate Swahili tutor from Nanyuki Kenya, with Swahili as my mother tongue.
My lessons are designed to be simple, practical, and very conversational. I don't teach boring textbook Swahili that no one uses on the street. I teach you the real, authentic Swahili that Kenyans and Tanzanians speak every day.
My teaching is perfect for complete beginners, travelers who are planning to visit East Africa, expats living in Kenya, people who have Kenyan partners or friends, and anyone who is passionate about learning a new and beautiful African language.
We will focus on speaking, listening, pronunciation, and building your confidence. I use fun methods like daily dialogues, stories, songs, pictures, and real-life situations like at the market, airport, or restaurant. I am very patient and I will adjust the lesson to your level and your goals.
By the end of our lessons, you will be able to greet people, introduce yourself, bargain, ask for directions, and have real conversations like a local. Karibu sana to my class
