I have over 20 years of working experience in mixed English and Mandarin-speaking environments, both in teaching and management. My interest has always been in people, different cultures, and hands-on learning. I offer student-centered, highly personalised Mandarin lessons tailored to individual goals. I believe language is a tool for communication, and I love teaching because I’m fascinated by different ways of thinking. Helping students express themselves in Mandarin is my greatest joy. With this approach, learning becomes both fun and effective, whether for casual use, exams, or other purposes.
I hold a Master’s degree in second language acquisition and have taught non-Chinese speakers in both London and Beijing, catering to diverse needs such as daily use, personal interest, academic degrees, and exam preparation. I preferred in teaching university-level students and above but welcome all levels, as lessons are fully tailored to each individual.
