About Javiera
Hi! I’m Javiera – a qualified Math teacher and native Spanish speaker. I hold a degree in Secondary Education with a major in Mathematics from the Catholic University of Temuco (Chile), after completing five years of study. I’m qualified to teach students from Year 7 through to Year 12, and have experience teaching both in schools and in private settings. In addition to my formal training in math, I’ve also taught Spanish informally through volunteer programs supporting Haitian migrants in Chile. As a native Spanish speaker, I can help you improve your conversational Spanish, reading comprehension, or prepare for exams – always adapting to your individual level and goals. I’m a patient, committed, and approachable teacher who focuses on creating a safe and encouraging learning environment. Every lesson is tailored to suit the student’s unique needs.
