My teaching style is based on relatability. I show students how they can use elements of their own language, especially phonetics, to pronounce and speak Spanish with confidence. I also highlight words that share roots or similarities with English, which helps learners feel more comfortable using Spanish from the very beginning.
Lessons are always tailored to the student’s needs, whether they want to improve speaking, writing, grammar or exam technique. I ensure classes are fun and engaging because when learning becomes a chore, students lose interest and progress slows. My aim is to make Spanish feel achievable, relevant and enjoyable.
I have experience teaching adults as well as GCSE and A Level students, and I adapt my approach depending on the learner’s level, goals and confidence. I am happy teaching any level.
My lessons are supportive, structured and designed to help students feel comfortable using Spanish in real situations.
Lessons are normally 1 hour in length.
