¡Hola! I’m Ángela, a native Spanish speaker who was born and raised in Spain. I always make a priority the maintenance of my strong connection with my homeland by travelling back throughout the year. I read widely in Spanish, which helps me continually expand my vocabulary and keep my accent authentic. I achieved a 9 in GCSE Spanish and an A in A-Level Spanish, and I have experience helping students prepare for their public examinations, guiding them to top grades. Through this experience, I’ve developed a clear understanding of what examiners are looking for, allowing me to tailor lessons that maximise both confidence and results. I am passionate about sharing the beauty of the Spanish language and culture, whether you are aiming for exam success or want to improve your conversational skills. For beginners or conversational learners, I focus on building confidence, practical language skills, and real-life communication. I hold GCSE and A-Level qualifications in Spanish, and as a native speaker, I provide authentic pronunciation, expressions, and cultural insight. Me and a friend of mine travelled to Spain to meet some friends and without Angela’s Spanish conversation starters and general questions, which she taught me how to say, it would’ve been a very difficult holiday! I stayed with a Spanish family and once again, Angela was the perfect tutor for teaching me phrases and also general words that can be used in any conversation - which was especially helpful since the family didn’t speak any English!! I would definitely recommend Angela for being such a kind, friendly and caring tutor who really took into consideration my ideas and just matched my energy to an even higher standard! Without her, my Spanish wouldn’t be nearly half as good as it was before she started to teach me! You’re missing out if you don’t send her a message!!
