About Carol
Hi, I am a native Spanish tutor from Argentina and have been living and working in the UK since 2005. I am based in the lovely town of Tunbridge Wells in Kent. I have been working for a language teaching company for more than nine years. My interests include travelling to Europe, visiting art galleries and museums and going to the gym.
I have 11 years' experience of teaching Spanish to groups and in one-to-one lessons in London and Kent. I've worked mainly with adults but also with teenagers studying for GCSE and A-Level. I have taught online lessons as well as holding group lessons for companies looking to learn Spanish for business. I am able to teach beginners all the way up to advanced level.
I have found that the most successful approach is to create lessons that are interactive and fun by involving you as much as possible in speaking Spanish. If you are taking your first steps in Spanish I promise I will get you speaking from the first lesson. I am flexible in my approach and will tailor my lessons to your reasons for learning Spanish and at a pace that suits you. I like to be on my feet, learning from real life situations and current topics rather than from a textbook. The more I can make the lessons enjoyable the better the results for the student.
