About ALBA
Hi! I’m Alba, from sunny Sevilla, Andalucía, and now living in the UK. I love discovering new places — I’ve travelled all over Southeast Asia — and I’m always up for an adventure. I’ve signed up for a half marathon (FOMO is real, I can’t resist plans!), I’m super organised, and I’m obsessed with diving and exploring the underwater world. I love meeting people from different cultures, learning from new experiences, and bringing positivity and energy wherever I go. Fun, curious, and approachable, that’s me, and I can’t wait to share my love for Spanish with you!

Hi! I’m Alba, and my approach to teaching is friendly, natural, and very practical. I like to create a space where students feel comfortable speaking from the very first moment. For me, it’s important that you can make mistakes in class without fear, because errors are part of the learning process. When you feel relaxed and confident, learning becomes much easier.
In my lessons, we focus mainly on everyday Spanish: real conversations, common expressions, and situations you’ll actually use. The goal is for you to communicate naturally and gradually gain confidence, beyond just memorising rules.
Lessons usually last around 60 minutes, and I always adapt the pace and content to each student’s level and goals.
I currently work in a residence for international students as a receptionist, and alongside my job, I teach Spanish to some of the students living there. I’ve been doing this for about two years, and I really love it. This experience has allowed me to work with people from different countries and levels, helping me tailor lessons to each student.
My lessons are suitable for beginners, students, or adults who want to improve their Spanish in a practical, friendly, and pressure-free way.
