About Mayra Ayelen
Hi! I’m a native Spanish teacher from Argentina, a qualified English teacher, and I hold a degree in Human Resources. Having taught Spanish extensively to native English speakers, I understand the specific linguistic hurdles English speakers face when learning Spanish, allowing me to guide you smoothly and effectively.
I am a strong believer in continuous learning. Currently, I am in my third year of Medical School and regularly train in educational neuroscience, which helps me apply brain-friendly teaching techniques to make learning faster and more enjoyable. Outside of academics, I also own and manage my own rural tea house and restaurant surrounded by nature.
I have a wide variety of interests—ranging from medicine and science to business, nature, gardening, and music. This diversity allows us to explore rich, real-world topics in our lessons, keeping our conversations engaging, meaningful, and tailored to your personal interests!

Ayelen is the kind of teacher who is fun, and she makes learning enjoyable. Because she knows her subject well, she can use multiple teaching techniques, making it easy for you to learn. She is a warm and caring person, which comes through in her teaching.
I am Mayra's friend from Florida, USA, and I lived near her in Argentina. She is a natural at speaking and understanding English. Someone will be fortunate to have her as an instructor.
