About Frederick
I'm an 18-year-old CEGEP student in Natural Sciences with a passion for math and physics. I’ve tutored two students with meaningful results, and I strongly believe that anyone can excel in these subjects—it’s just about finding the right approach. Having ADHD myself, I understand how traditional teaching methods and generic study advice often don’t work for students like us. Many are left feeling frustrated and unsure of how to approach these subjects. Through my own educational journey, I’ve found effective ways to learn, stay focused, and manage exams, and I want to help others do the same. My goal isn’t just to improve grades—I want to ignite curiosity and help students develop learning methods that actually work for them.

As someone with ADHD, I know firsthand that the way math and physics are traditionally taught doesn’t always work for everyone. Many students struggle not because they’re “bad” at a subject, but because it hasn’t been explained in a way that makes sense to them. That’s where I come in.
I focus on understanding how you learn best and adapt my teaching to match. Whether it’s breaking concepts down visually, finding patterns, or using real-world examples, I’ll work with you to make the subject click. I also share exam strategies that have personally helped me manage time and stay focused under pressure.
I’ve tutored two students in math and also offer physics tutoring. I only tutor high school-level math and physics. My goal isn’t just to help you pass—I want to spark curiosity and build confidence in the subject.
