About Marica
I'm a gap year student hoping to go into Biochemistry. I found NCEA a bit lackluster in terms of enjoyment and actually helping me learn, so I want to make the NCEA experience smoother and more enjoyable for others. I'm also good at explaining concepts so I can help students who are struggling. I received overall excellence endorsements for NCEA level 1, 2, and 3.

I believe in being patient with students and explaining concepts in new ways until they are confident with their abilities. I'll be able to explain things in a different way than their teacher at school to solidify knowledge. Most importantly, I want to make learning enjoyable and help students to find the importance and value in what they're learning, so that schoolwork isn't a chore. Lessons can be flexible to suit needs. I have experience helping my peers, who often ask for advice to get a fresh perspective that is different from the way they have been taught. I can help anyone from intermediate to high school, and I am most knowledgeable in English, Biology, and Chemistry.
