About Tej Prakash Singh
I am an NCSF certified personal trainer. I have been working in the fitness industry since 2016. I worked in Charisma Fitness, Alpha Arena Fitness, OutRock Gym, Gold's Gym, and Anytime Fitness. I have trained people of all ages from 17 to 80 years.

I have known Tej Prakash Singh for a long time as a personal trainer working at well-known gym.
