Lesson Structure: -Visual review of your current work and progress assessment -Constructive critique using architectural precedents and examples -Goal setting aligned with your submission deadlines -Guided sketching and design development sessions -Resource sharing and next steps planning Topics Covered: -Design Studio Support: Site analysis, concept development, design iteration -Professional Development: Part 3 preparation, PEDR guidance, career planning -Academic Writing: Essays, dissertations, design statements -Portfolio Development: Presentation layout, visual storytelling -Technical Skills: Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp -Drawing Skills: Hand sketching, architectural graphics, visual communication -Professional Studies: Building regulations, planning, construction technology Teaching Methodology: From our first session, I assess your individual needs and create a personalised plan that works with your deadlines and learning style. Sessions are collaborative, we'll sketch through problems together, analyse your work against architectural precedents and develop your design thinking through hands-on exploration. I provide both immediate verbal feedback and follow-up written notes to reinforce key points. Each tutorial builds on the last: we review progress, tackle specific challenges, and set achievable goals for your next steps. Between sessions, I'm available via email for quick questions or feedback on work-in-progress. My goal is to help you not just complete assignments, but truly understand architectural thinking and develop your own design voice!
