About Nicoleta
If you’re wondering who is on the other side of the screen, here’s my story.
I’m someone who genuinely loves learning, which is probably why I ended up collecting two Bachelor’s degrees (one in Economics and one in Computer Engineering) and am currently wrapping up my Master’s in Computer Networking and Cyber Security. Because of that journey, I live and breathe advanced mathematics every single day.
But honestly? Having degrees doesn't automatically make someone a good teacher. The reason I want to teach you comes down to why I started tutoring maths and chemistry back in high school.
I know firsthand how frustrating it is to sit in a classroom, look at a whiteboard full of numbers, and feel completely lost. I know what it’s like when a teacher just tells you to "memorise the formula" without explaining why it matters. It’s boring, it’s stressful, and it makes people think they’re "just not good at maths."
I teach because I love breaking that barrier down. I want to show you that maths isn't just an abstract monster designed to ruin your GPA—it’s actually an incredible, logical tool that runs everything from global finance to the technology in your pocket. There is nothing better than watching a student go from "I don't get this" to that sudden "Oh, wait, that actually makes total sense!" lightbulb moment.
I’m here to take away the intimidation factor, share the study shortcuts I’ve learned over the years, and help you get the grades you want without the burnout.

Because everyone learns differently, I don’t do the whole "one-size-fits-all" thing. Maths can be frustrating, and making mistakes is a massive part of the process, so first and foremost: my sessions are a total judgement-free zone. We will go completely at your own pace.
To make things super easy and stress-free, your very first lesson with me is 100% free. Think of it as a casual check-in. We’ll chat about your goals, look at what you’re working on in school, and do a quick, zero-pressure assessment. This lets me build a custom game plan just for you, and lets you see if you actually like my teaching style before committing to anything!
Once we get rolling, our normal lessons are super interactive. I use digital tools so we can map out problems together on the screen in real-time, making online learning feel just like we're sitting at the same desk.
And because my own background spans Economics, Engineering, and Cyber Security, I promise I won't just make you memorise boring formulae for a test. I love showing you why the maths actually works and how it connects to the real world. We'll break down those scary-looking equations into practical, logical steps that actually click.
Even though I'm new to this platform, I've been helping peers and younger students conquer maths and chemistry since my high school days. Between my degrees and finishing up my Master's, I live and breathe this stuff every day—so I know exactly where students usually get tripped up and how to study without burning out.
