About Nicole
I am a newly graduated medical doctor starting residency in June 2020. In the meantime, I am looking to tutor high school/college students in biology (anatomy, physiology, cell biology, microbiology, genetics, etc.). I have an extensive background in teaching. I was a teaching assistant during medical school and also tutor students studying for the medical board exams.

My teaching techniques are flexible to the type of learning style each student requires (visual, audio). I will speak with the student before each class and discuss which topics the student wants to cover and plan each lesson accordingly. Each lesson will be extremely interactive and will include many type of application questions/cases that will help long term memory and mastery of the material. I am very personable and easy to get along with. I have tons of experience tutoring students writing board examinations and thus can help with test taking strategies as well.
