About Andy
I’ve been working with students for some time. My first teaching gig (if you can call it that) was as a lifeguard at age fifteen. I had to find a way to teach elementary school aged children how to swim. I took to the challenge well, and in my five summers as a lifeguard I can comfortably say it was my favorite part. In college I explored elementary education as a major, but I never quite found that same enjoyment in the creatively bankrupt American Public School system.
For some fun stuff, I’m a Star Wars fan, I play Nintendo Switch in my spare time, and am working with one of my old professors on a young adult novel that I hope to have in store shelves by Fall 2023

A good essay is more than quality research and proper grammar, the component most tutors miss is the voice. The contents of a paper are what will determine a grade, and if that’s all your looking for I have no problem in assisting, but writing can be more than a grade. My instruction is more involved than pretty regurgitation, I’ll push you/your student to develop their own distinctive cadence with their writing.
