I have a Ph.D. in Latin/Greek. I participated in an archaeological
in Yorkshire, England on a Roman Fort with the University of Leeds. I studied at Cambridge University, England. I did a topographical study in Rome. I have taught since 1975.

I have learned how to adapt methods for various abilities. I teach with much humor, and I encourage banter. I often have the student explain something that I showed them the previous day.
I have them memorize somethings as a game with prizes. I use much compassion in my teaching.
