About Troy
I have worked in the Nuclear Profession for over 16 years and have also worked in a technical field for the last 5 years. Combining both technical and nuclear, I can blend both new and old concepts to provide a more rounded teaching experience. I am a laid back teacher that has a lot of patience. I like to ensure that my student understands the concepts and how they have arrived at their answers to ensure the process can repeated whenever necessary.

I like to adjust the way I teach and explain concepts to the student I am working with. Every student learns and picks up concepts differently. The one method for every student does not work. Math as a subject is especially this way. There are usually multiple different paths to arrive at a result and finding the way your student connects to that path is the key.
