I love science and I want to inspire others to succeed and bolster their understanding of it. I tutored GCSE Physics and Chemistry whilst I was doing my A-levels as a part of my volunteering for the Duke of Edinburgh Award, so I am confident in my skills and abilities.

As I progressed through my academic career, I realised that the best and most engaging teachers and lecturers I had involved their students in their lessons instead of talking at them, and this is something that I will implement in my lessons. I will introduce a topic at its base level and as we progress, ensure that my student has understood the content by applying the knowledge through questions. I know that students already get a lot of homework, so I would have the questions done during the session, working through a few examples before letting the student try a few on their own. I can teach lessons ranging from 30 minutes to an hour. My lessons are aimed at those studying GCSE Physics as well as those in Year 7 and 8.
